Get some heated gloves. Figure out a way to run the wires that's convenient for you. I know there's also 'battery' heated gloves now, without wires. I have never used them.
From reading some of these posts I guess I may be cheating a little: I use no heated gear, but I lived in Alaska for 14 years and have worked outside in -60F (before the wind chill). Cold doesn't bother me much, but without electric gear, I do ride at 10 degrees F, regardless of the wind.

Yeah I guess that is like telling a guy from SOCAL that riding in 60* weather isn't cold at all.

Gerbing, or HD heated gloves. I once had somebody give me a little lips about my heated equipment. I was 5 freekin degrees, and I was at a Marines' Funeral. I just ask that smart a$$, "Where is your bike?"
Buy a package of hand warmers from the sporting-good isle at Walmart..$2.00.
Open and shake to activate, slip one down each glove (palm side).
They stay warm for hours, I've done this for years.
If your finger get cold slip them out of the finger opening and roll them to the packet for a few seconds.
