changing cams and using a SERT

I have a stage 1 on my 96" Road Glide and it was tuned buy my local dealer using a SE race tuner. I'm thinking about changing cams (255?) and not sure about the tune. Can they just tweak what was already done or have to start over? Any idea on cost?
