Just had my Roadglide Ultra dyno tuned after have the SE Ventilator, Rush True Duals, and Rinehart 4" slip ons installed. Dealer used the super tuner and got 75HP and 100tq. HP seems low and it's still running very hot. Is it the tune?

You'll have to swap the cams if you want bigger numbers. The ones you have are decent though. That's my .02 anyway.
I suspect you'd get better performance from a performance exhaust system.
the tuning is a mystery, do you have access to the data used or afr on the dyno sheet?
( I have an 80" FXR at 74 HP with air cleaner, tuned carb and tuned supertrapp 2/1, my 80" FLHTC is at 69 HP wth air cleaner, tuned carb and tuned supertrapps on stock headers - have not dyno'd my 96" yet-- it runs quite well though, much stronger than the 80")

True duals stealin yer ponies. Bikes run hot these days, esp in Florida. I'd check the AFR but if they richen it up, you'll be writing a post titled "MPG not what I expected".
those numbers are in line with what a stage 1 103 makes. this is one that I vtuned and just did a dyno run to see where it was at. I agree stock cams are not going to ever get much higher then mid to high 70's.
