This is one of those things that I just replaced when I did my inner fairing. It's hard to get all of them off without creasing them, and the chrome rings lose some sticking power once they are reattached. Less frustration to just get a new set off of eBay for under 20 shipped.

The rings will come off easily with a pick tool. The flat piece on the radio costs $15. Don't worry about it. Try to warm it with a hair dryer. Heat gun could melt plastic. Reinstall rings with three dots of silicone
