2011 103 smoke
#21
the main reason im trading it in is due to the ticking noise that is unbearable....they have had the top end torn down and can't figure out what is wrong with it.....the owner of the dealership acknoledges the excessive ticking noise....but the represenative from Harley MOCO came down and listened to my bike and told me it was normal.....even though the owner of the dealership says...**** no it aint normal...thats why hes cutting me a big break on a new ride.....a really good deal.....hes hookin me up.......the black smoke is just on top of the loud ticking time bomb......i agree.....i think its a shitty map or injectors......but was just curios if anyone else had the same issue with a new bike....and YES......im extremly nervous about having the techs working on my new bike.......

Poor Customer service
Talk to the owner of the dealer not the manager. Unless the dealership is going to give you the purchase price for the bike, I wouldn't trade it. If you do, then you lose, not the dealer. I suggest you contact Harley direct and raise all kinda of 'Hell'. If they try ans pass the buck, then pay a lawyer to send them a letter.
