Man that sucks!, just glad to hear you did not end up like the bike as a complete total. All too many cagers that do not belong on the road, that also take out too many riders. Heal well, take your time returning to the saddle but don't wait too long as I did.
A week ago a rider met his maker due to a 17 yo girl making a u turn in the middle of the road. On the way back from Tampa to the east coast FL. State road 60 closed on west bound lane, and all you could see was a bike down. Don't this wrong, but all these have had a positive effect. My riding radar is in high alert when the stand is up. Think there needs to be a national riding day, cages couldn't move cause of all the riders taking over the roads. Glad to hear your alive, this **** sends chill..
Glad to hear it wasn't any worse than it is.
Thanks for updating as much info as you can at the moment. Interesting to know the difference between the US/Chinese gear.
Hoping for full recovery!
Hey! we're all glad your still here to tell the tale. As a fellow Marylander, I know how wacked out our roads and cagers are.
Take care and get well soon.
Sorry to hear about your misfortune Russ. Hope you have a speedy recovery. Above all, look out for yourself. Make sure you don't have any underlying injuries.
Thanks for the post about the gear you were wearing. Hopefully some will read as I did and benefit from it.
