Thank you for developing a good looking and efficient cooling system. Here in South Florida (Miami) keeping these engines cool in the summer, most of the year, is our main concern. Since my purchase in December a lot of people have inquired about your fans. I have passed out all the cards you sent me and heard that some people have purchased your fans and many will be purchasing. Keep up the good work!!! You have a promotor in Miami.
Hey Jason just a quick question..I ordered your thermal switch to go along with the fans. I had them installed and wired the switch into the positive wire of the fans. I have a cylinder head temp gauge and i was reading close to 250 and the fans had yet to come on. I disconnected the thermal switch and was able to turn the fans on manually. At what temperature is the thermal switch set for ?.. I may have not waited long enough but i figured around 250-255 they would come on, maybe not though lol.. Thanks Jason, the fans are a freakin work of art!
ordered up a set of chrome w/black screens last night . any idea on eta Jason?
On the deposit page of the website there is an extra large font bold print notice with asterics around it, posted on 09 Jan, that states 6-8 weeks. However, last week I did have communication with the chrome shop and they should ship the current batch next Friday. I am also in transition relocating my family and operation from NC to AZ, with a stop off at the old homeplace in WV. I'm carring everything with me to continue shipping and providing service on the move. I'm having the chrome batch shipped to WV, I'll assemble them and get them ready for shipment just as quickly as possible. To be on the safe side I'm going to say about 3 weeks, keeping in mind anything can go wrong while I'm in transition.

When you say CHT gauge, are you reading via the OEM head temp sensor or an afermarket contact type temp sensor? The Switch should operate at about 190F front CHT. As with any electrical components it could be faulty right out of the box and I can take care of that for you. If you warm the bike from a cold start, about 5-6 minutes the CHT should be hot enough to activate the switch, please verify and drop me an email so I can get you a replacement in the mail on Monday.

Thanks for the quick response Jason. I have an aftermarket contact type cylinder head temp sensor. I completely understand about possibly being a bad sensor. I had the bike idling for a good 8-10 minutes then i cut her off after i saw the temps getting too high,, I verified everything was correctly hooked up, which is was, so i kinda came to that conclusion too that the sensor was faulty. Again Jason i appreciate the customer service and a great product. If you could ship one out monday that would be great. I can send you the faulty one back if you need it.
Thanks again
Marc
