High temp. RTV sealant around the end of each front pipe before slipping on the mufflers.

I don't. Mostly because I've never seen a "clamp" holding on the rear tire. But, even HD says to use new clamps every time you take them off your pipes.

Also, make sure you get the clamps on the slip-on all the way. It should in no way extend out over the head pipe.

Well I took the bike out tonight and had no decel pop or dripping. Thanks again for all of the input and help.
