I should have posted earlier....but I had an outstanding experience at Kiiller Creek Harley in Alpharetta, GA. But anyway, this summer on my way to Sturgis I was riding along when I hear a big BANG and the rear end of the bike starts "wallowing" around. Got the bike towed to the dealer in Siox Falls. They changed the tire and sine the tire only had about 5000 miles on it. Anyway, they shipped the tire home.
After i got back home, I took the ętre into Killer Creek, explained what happened and they asked me to leave it with them and they would call the "tire guy". It took some time, but what they ended up doing was refunding the entire amount (including the labor) even though there was 5000miles on the tire.
