anyone run this setup with an air tank instead of having a compressor? i know you would need 2 valves but you wont have to worry about the compressor filling the shocks you would have the air on demand.
Going one step further if you use C02 you can fill and dump more than you would want to in one ride and not run out of air.

I started to put mine together, but didn't want to move any of the stock things (ECU, right side & CC module left side). So I put mine under the battery box. It was a little tricky but manageable. Name: 100_1364.jpg

It looks like it is as dry as under the covers & may be easier than moving stuff with a wiring harness to a different spot. I know one moved the ECU to under the battery, but my ECU looked too wide to fit well, but mine is a 1999 & the ECU might be bigger. I had to remove the battery box, I installed the compressor bracket loosely on the box, took the compressor & put it in the area that I was going to install it at & then put the box back in. The picture of the bracket on the box didn't work so I had to move it towards the rear of the box (starter was in the way). I might put a piece of plastic or aluminum to shield it from the belt debris, will check it in a couple of days to see how it does. I need to get a relay, switch, line, fittings & a dump valve, then I can finish it.

Road to work today, just have the air lines going to a tee since I don't have the relay, switch, dump valve & fittings, running 60#. What a difference. The bumps that I was bottoming out on before with the stock air shocks at max air (maybe even more), bumps were still there but it was sooo much smoother. I am definitely going to be happy with this mod. Thanks for all the write ups & to all those who suggested it.

Ohlins #3,#3 rear shocks for sale. They came off my 2010 SG. They are barely broken in with only 1,100 miles. What a difference a great suspension came make! These are in perfect condition. I'm asking $650 + shipping. These cost $850 new.
Please PM me or email me for pics.
Thanks,
Paul

Well I got a dump valve from a 1995 Lincoln Continental but the 5/32 line is too small & the 3/16 is too big so I modified the valve. So the dump valve works great but I have to find a leak, didn't have time too chase it until today. Will get pics later & check out the leak.

Judging by the switch location you don't plan on many adjustments on the fly!
