I'm in the process of installing my kit now and I'm also using the Monroe's . I have read where some people remove the lower inner spacer and others just shorten the one that comes installed with a cutting wheel. Once this is done did you insert the spacer mentioned above inside of the one that is pressed in? I did notice that the bottom one is larger. Also what length bolts did you install top and bottom?

has anyone installed this on a 2013 roadking? any tips? its my buddies bike and I haven't seen under the panels yet....

I have this on my 08 RK and I love it! install was about 2 hours from start to finish and its been on for about 3 years with no problems besides the mounting bolts shaking loose on the compressor....

I installed my compressor next to the battery where the ABS would be.
It works great!

Looks like you did a great job with that set up. Makin a manifold for the airlines like you did. Looks like less possible chances for an air leak.

I bought a manifold like that:

but it takes up to much space, needs all the plugs, connectors, and creates potential leaks.
I went with this instead:

I may end up switchin to the manifold set up like that. My system has a slow leak it in. Slow enough that soap and water cant seem to find it. Not that its a big deal it just kind of annoys me.

I got it from Jerry Brickle Racing.

It's nice and compact.
Just use Airedup to get the fittings you need.
I added the schraeder valve in my manifold incase the pump dies.


Makes it easy to check for leaks.
I ran a loop to bypass the shocks to test all the fittings.
It showed me that my slow leak was in the shock itself.
