A complete parts list to convert a Magneti Marelli (96-2001) to a Delphi (2002-2005) style fuel injection would look like:
delphi conversion harness
twin tec dual O2 ecu kit
delphi coil
MM conversion fuel rail
fuel lines
fuel regulator
delphi style throttle body your choice one of the following:
oem 02-05 and AC kit
S&S single bore kit
S&S dual bore kit
HP INC billet single bore
Wire Harness for Magneti Marelli conversion to Delphi
This is a very nice way to update a older bike to take advantage of Delphi type connection on the Twin Tec TCFI. The harness Plugs in to existing connections for sensors and main wire harness for a complete plug and play with no splicing, no cutting or rewiring. It is also ready for Twin Tec TCFI O-2 sensor feedback (Wego)
you have to use a throttle body that uses the Delphi IAC and accommodates the Magneti Marelli fuel system. We can recommend and supply these items
Magneti Marelli conversion to Delphi fuel rail, bolts on to a stock 02-05 type throttle body to allow the use of the Magneti Marelli fuel pump/ fuel tank. makes conversion much easier and less costly.

building a new 124 ci S&S in a 2000 frame now. I will post a how to on my site. As with all of my bikes this will be a ground up with very few HD parts. So far I found a 2004 EFI Harness and matching module. I called Zippers and HPI. Expect to spend at least $750 ~ $1K for my larger throttle body.
