Does anyone know if there is a chrome one available?
Not from HD, but if you go to Westmarine or the like you might be able to find a chrome cover that will fit. Boat supply's have chrome flip caps for various things.

I have an 09 Ultra that I purchased last year that has the same problem with the flap not closing properly. I have an extended warrant on my bike, but there is a $50 deductible for warranty work per claim. This is a job worth doing myself if I can get the part for only $4.50.
Is there a trick to replacing the flap door? Any information would be appreciated, thanks...
Zoozoo, I can't thank you enough for your idea on replacing the CB weather cap without removing the console. Like you said, I removed the two nuts on the gas tank lid; however, I could not get my fat little fingers back far enough to push and hold the plug through the hole. I simply used my screwdriver to push against it and hold it in place until I could get the ring treaded enough to hold it in place. Once that was accomplished, I just had to tighten it. You saved me a trip to the Hundred Dollar Harley shop. Thanks again...
Anyone know if the flap on the rear plug can be replaced. I can't find anything in the service manual. Surely you don't have to replace the entire audio harness for a .50 cent cap.
Duh! I figure out how to get the cap off the passenger plug. It comes off and goes on just like the rider plug only easier. Thanks for the help with the part #. I will getting one today.
I have the same problem, the spring loaded weather cap where passenger plugs in is busted, your saying if I order the part listed #76266-98 that I would be able to install this where the old one is busted?
