I got a pic from the J&P web site. Here's some info from J&P:
Drops the stock seat height by 3"
Simply remove all outer components, unbolt the factory rear chassis section, bolt on the new FBI replacement chassis
Then re-mount your stock fender, bag mounting brackets, bags, etc
Includes custom tapered seat, narrow side covers, unpainted, bolt-on subframe (powder-coated black), stainless steel battery box, battery cables, fuse box, turn signal module mount, stock battery
I just bought a "partial" kit that only includes the framework for now. I've been excited about this kit since it came out, and now I have a new SG to put it on. I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do about the side covers and seat for right now. Gonna watch to see what pops up. Don't even know if I will be able to complete this for this winter or maybe next winter's project. Do you need it to be able to flatfoot the bike or like me, just want to be as low as possible? I've always wanted a softail, but couldn't get past the B motor. Now I can have the best of both worlds! Hopefully, more will chime in for you.

seams like a lot of coin for 3 inches. I looked at it when I was browsing there site. I don't need one but if your a shorter person, Im sure it would make a huge difference.
Before dropping a few thousand on the FBI kit, you may want to consider a simple mod that will add a 1/2" or more to get your feet flat on the ground no suspension mods needed. Find a local shoe repair place and have them replace the soles of your riding boots with a pair of logger soles. The logger soles are pretty reasonable and don't give you that disco boot look either. They are about a half inch thicker due to the heavy lugs in the sole.
I've had a pair of riding boots resoled and recently had a pair of 6" high work boots redone. The cost was about $70.00 a pair here in NY. No one makes a 6" work boot with a logger sole so I had my own made. If you don't like the look or they don't work for you, all you're out is a few bucks and no costly bike modifications to undo.
I sent my stock to MeanCity had it lowerd 2.5 inchs and narrowed $145 includding shipping . bought a set of 12" shocks to replace my 13" stock shocks . $44.50
