Ok, this is strange...I ordered the shift bar AND the bag locks from Brukus last week too!
I did get confirmation from both through paypal but only Brukus sent a message saying it shipped, Demon acknowledgement said to check back on the order to see it's status.
I did receive mine today. It is all round and included the hardware. It is a good deal and looks great. Very happy with the purchase.
Front one goes on the "outside" of the lever? Did you use any Locktite?
Both front and back seem to go on the "outside" of the levers. Used the acorn bolt and spacer/washer with the transmission lever. Used the acorn bolt and acorn nut on the shifter lever, but no spacer/washer (not enough thread left). I used Loctite on each of these connections. However, after a long ride, the jam nuts against the HEIM joint ends have worked loose so that the linkage rod rotates on it's axis. I probably should have put Loctite on those too. I'll probably just tighten them up again.
You can get a chrome rod cheap and get chrome heim joints and make your own. Or you can keep the stock rod and put on chrome heim joints after polishing up the rod.
Just ordered mine, plan on having some custom engraving done on it. Thanks for the info Dawg!

Excuse my ignorance, but what is the advantage to the heim joint, and where would I buy them?
Thanks
