You should be able to raise the passenger footboards. I was able to raise the ones on my Ultra about an inch. The top holes have a plastic plug in them. I just took them out and put them in the bottom bolt hole.
if you guys will get down to the 4 mounting bolts attaching it to the mount....you can get out your drill and move it back by redrilling the mounting holes to suit you...dont have to buy the k thing
[color=#0033FF]Married...my ole lady complains about not enough room and she's only 130lbs. I have a backrest also on my '06 and have the tour back all the way back...still not enough room.....but my Goldwing seemed to fit her just right.....so if anyone has a Goldwing and wants my ole lady have at it! Try installing the Kuryakyn Retrctable Passenger Footpegs. I have the Kuryakyn Tour Pak Relocator installed on my EG Classic. My wife is 5'2". With the Kuryakyn footpegs she has no problem resting her foot. You can just make out the footpeg in my pic. It is positioned all the way back for out of the way positioning when not in use.
Beginning with the 06 models, the tourpak has a 1" adjustment. Look for the detent under the tourpack.

My wife is 5'4" and the saddle bag guard cuts into her leg. The tour pack is in the stock back position. I'm wondering if I can raise the rear floorboards about an inch????? Has anyone done this?
There are three positions for the rear floorboards, if there in the lowest position moving them to the top will gain about an inch. You can also put the Kuryakin adjustable pegs to get her feet up high, my wife loves them.
