Default Engine Light On after Resetting Pushrods

Engine light is now on after I reset the pushrods yesterday. 2010 96", Woods 6-6, PCV, FM Map, No Cat, No 02's, SE tapered 24TPI reset at 3 full plus 2 flats. Engine light now on after 1/4 mile. Any sugesstions. Never was on before! Any sugesstions?

Did you try pulling your master/main fuse, leaving it out a little bit and putting it back in again, or? Have you checked for codes?

I just pulled the main fuse and it reset. Hopefully it stays off. What would cause that? Just wonder if when I disconnected the throttle body plug to adjust the pushrods the connector was not tight when I repluged it. Lets see. If it comes back on I guess I'll take them down and reset it once again double checking the base circle. Motor starts fine and no noise other that the sewing machine...

well, check the code on the dash and see what it is.

Hold odo button down and turn key on.
Press the button once for each letter or series of letters

To erase, hold the button down while the code number shows.

No, those are the sections, when you get to each section it will show a code. Press the button to move to each section.

To talk like a crabby old uncle: Can't believe that with all the stuff you list, you don't know how to pull codes. Always get the codes and they might point you in the right direction. A miss in one cylinder will cut down on your needing to check for bad adjustments on the other. An open or a short in a sensor might suggest you bumped a wire or connector with a wrench and crushed a wire or dislodged a connector. And on and on.
