I installed new Harley mini apes along with all new cables. Time to try everything out. The bike won't move. I installed and adjusted the clutch cable according to the manaul. I am able to shift up and down in the gears, but when I let the clutch out the bike just sits there. No engagement! I have tried over and over to readjust the clutch cable with zero positve results.
You "flipped" the 3 Ball Ramp in the actuation cover on the right side. Pull it off and reset the ramp. ( Lever on the outer ramp should point down.)
Worse part, you have to pull your exhaust off to do it....
Before you do that try putting the bike up on 2 sections of 2x4's (one under each tire) and let it lean over as far as possible without tipping. Let it sit over night and try adjusting the clutch again.
I'm speaking from personnel experience. I did the same as you, tried this trick and by some miracle, the ***** fell back into place over night. Can't hurt....plus if you have to pull the trans cover, you will not loose much fluid.
