Read a bunch of post on this , and yes the directions suck. I didnt have any problem lining things up but dont like the way it puts pressure on saddlebags. For the rear kit only they have you put two small spacers Behind rear saddlebag bracket, this keeps front of bags away from front bracket (doesn't seem like a good idea to have pressure and twist a piece of fiberglass like this). Some of the threads I read cover this concern but the pics no longer show up. So what did you guys do? Not use the small spacers? Add spacers to the front brackets as well?
I install them and when everything was mounted, I saw that there was enough clearance not to have these spacers. I just put a simple plain washer instead of the spacers but I dit it in both brackets (front and rear).

Thanks. Any other input? Is this what the rest of you guys are doing?
