I recently purchased a Hog Tunes Big RG Ultra speaker and amp kit that come with one piece of the harness missing from the kit. I called and left a message for them to help me with it. I got a call-back within the hour and had the missing part in the mail the same day. Very seldom have I had customer service like that!
