Very pleased with my Bombers....I run them without baffles although I'm thinking of picking up a set of the mid range ones to quiet them down if I go to bike week.

Nice to see a brother out here in moto land (Lafayette 241 here in Seattle ) Sounds like what I'm gong to do this winter .I thinks ill order them with the mid range and modify it to my taste (2011 FLHTK ) I love this bike ,Its literally the best Harley I've owned . Came off a RG and this is great
I ordered the bullet exhaust online on Wednesday and never received a confirmation on the email but i printed the order # for my record. I called yesterday regarding the order and the person was not really that helpful. He just said that it might take 5 days before I received my order since they might ship the exhaust on Monday. What happened to the 48 hours shipping turn around? But anyway I will just give an update once i receive my order.
You can duplicate there modification by getting a metal cutting hole saw and arbor from home depot for 35 dollars! The small baffle they sell you is actually the baffle they remove from your own exhaust in most cases with a collar welded on so you can screw it back in. if your running a cat in a late harley remove the entire baffle which is only 5 inches long, if you gutted your cat then use a smaller hole saw and just remove the closed off end in the back of the baffle where you can see they pinched it closed. THE PRICE THEY CHARGE YOU IS A JOKE FOR WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!
mine have been lined with a glass type string on the inside. They were a more cost effective way (for me) to get the sound I was looking for and with the baffle I can fine tune for my likes.
kroozeabout.
I run my 09 Road King with their slash cut Bombers with mid range baffles and black end caps. Slightly louder than stock (deeper). I also put a V&H Fuelpak on because I had a slight decel pop with them. Quality is fine.
