I just put a propipe on my dyna, already had a big sucker A/C. I got a TTS tuner and had it dialed in by a well known dyno tuner and got 79.64 HP and 92 torque on a stock motor. I love the sound, the look, and the smoothness
I am still looking for confirmation that the thunderheader torque numbers are truely 10% better than most of the other 2 into 1 pipes. Can anyone help me?
96" with se air cleaner and power vision. I just need the right pipe to match up to it and if the thunderheader is really 10% better than the rest then that is what i will choose.

Your question is hard to quantify. Yes, it will make more torque than brand X. At some RPM. Brand X may perform better at a different RPM. But will the TH have a better torque curve? Not likely. Best torque curve I've seen is with a Thunderheader X-series and also a good one with a D&D and a proper tune. Here's my dyno sheet from my bagger, stock 96" with Woods TW6-6 cams and a Thunderheader:
You'll notice the torque dip early on, but at least the bike starts out at over 80 ft-lb...
