be honest with your riding style, if you are happier from 2000-4500 rpms and like to run around without a lot of shifting the 255 might be the best choice. If you like shifting and like your power to come on 3000-5000 rpms the 254's sound good. The 204's might be the best of both based on some dyno charts I have seen.
By now you have come to the conclusion that the list of choices is long. My personal perspective lies with the 255's. I have had them in my 09 Ultra (103" stage 2) since 10/10. Taking into consideration that you can get take out CVO 255's on ebay for $125-$150 and that your bike has compression releases already that would be a cost effective and adequate choice. My big ol' 900 lb glide with my 300+ and her 170+ and all our gear goes down the road in a hell of a hurry if I want to. But even better is when we are in the twisties or sweepers and have to go down from 50 to 15 and then back up, it does it with a powerful grace that never gets old. You have a Pro tuner. Find some one where you are that knows how to tune this combination and get that done. Can't say enough how much a great tune is needed. Oh yeah, get rid of that damn cat burning up your right ankle. It is nobody's friend except maybe some ***** at the EPA. Really, any of these cams that people have recommended so far will make a huge difference in how your bike performs because the stock cams suck that bad. How much $$$ do ya want to spend is the big question. But for me...255's.
