Did a little searching but I'm still looking for more info. I'm wanting to do a chrome front end setup before WI riding season hits. Are HD parts worth the money or are some of the aftermarket parts out there a better value? Any recommendations? Thanks in advance.
I would think it comes down to what style you are aiming for.
There are some super smooth looking flush and hidden axle front ends out there.
The aftermarket is full of options.
I wanted to go with a more traditional style and went with HD parts.
Cost wise I think HD is a good value and the fit and finish is excellent.
Aftermarket costs more, but then you get that smooth look.
It's all up to you on what your after I guess...
+1. just wait til your dealer has a sale. I put the bad *** axle caps with the adjure axle on when I did mine. It makes for a nice clean and flush look.
I really need to update my sig pic Can't believe how much I have changed the bike...lol
