Have these grips on my scoot L/S grip held on by two set screws one on the top an bottom.

I am really cheap and removed the factory grips to reuse when changing to the Heritage bars (that were given to me). I used this procedure and it worked great, find an old metal coathanger...

try heating and jamming a letter opener or something thin and metal inside and around the grip from the control side after its off.

just go through the control side instead

That said...anyone know off hand the size of these set screws? One of mine came out and it's hiding somewhere on my garage floor. These things are smaller than a grain of rice so I said f@ck it.

Air won't work for these. They're metal with a Renthal wrap. Installed a set of them Friday on my bike. 2 Set screws set with Red Thread locker.
