Power Commander V on a '99 Touring

My bro bike is a combination of the 99 base with newer and bigger jugs and cylinders, and with a change of the exhaust it makes a proper air/fuel mixture a pain in the ***! At night you can see a steady blue flame out the pipes.

On my 01 Ultra, i went with a 97" BB and Woods TW-5G cams and i run the new Cobra FI2000 PowerPro Autotune and i have good power and am still getting 42 mpg. Still running the stock MM injection with Screamin Eagle red injectors and other than the rattling in the motor (still there after 500 miles, tho no worse) i really like the way it runs.
You need a Power Commander III. There is a model for the 99 bikes with MM injection.
As far as using the PCV, it's not practical. You'd need to convert to a Delphi fuel injection system, and swap your ECM for a newer one. PCV was designed to work with the 09-newer bikes. (Fuel Moto sells converted models for the 07 and 08 bikes).
