Thanks John. Guess that vendor changed ISP. I replaced that link with the motorcycle specific Speedbleeder site.

Old post but just wanted to share. I installed my Speedbleeders today and bled all 3 in less than 1/2 hour. I've never bled brakes before but this process was pretty straightforward and seems to have worked. The only thing I thought was odd is that the old fluid was the same color as the new stuff. I doubt it's ever been changed, but if feel better about it.

I really appreciate all of the information and money-saving tips I've learned here. Would hate to pay someone to do this simple job for me.

Received my speed bleeders a couple days ago, my Lyndall z-plus pads, and front wheel bearings. I'm seriously considering some nice polished chrome or gloss black rotors,However the 14 catalog only has so many options, None of which match up with stock SG wheels. Any other options out there?

Your never find a rotor that will match those ugly factory wheels. Now if you have a 14 or 15, that's a different story....

Going to order a set of these and the bag and hose, but the hose is back ordered till today it says, but still not available. My simple question is this, how does it release the ball, or what actually opens the "valve"?? I know it is when you loosen it up a 1/4 to 1/2 turn, but what actually happens? Looked at the diagrams and everything I could, but the "GOTTA UNDERSTAND HOW IT WORKS" inside me just needs to know this.... TIA if ya can set my mind at ease. Great work LC Joe. This is an oldie but a goody...
