Well the bike is at my local Harley dealer. On Friday, I could do no more than 60mph, and I just got scared, and took it straight to the HD shop. NDMECH, I run nothing but 93 octane. And your assessment of 4 hrs shop rate is dead on...that's what the service mgr quoted me. Dealer had Dyno races, and a big weekend, so they said they wouldn't get to it until Monday (tomorrow). I'll update progress.

because this is not happening all the time I would look at it like it was a fuel delivery problem...check the fuel filter and all the fuel lines first...including the fuel disconnect.......and then go from there
*UPDATE! *UPDATE! Well, after limping my bike in to the local Harley dealer this past Friday, they suggested it was out of sync and to put it on the dyno. Turns out it was tuned incorrectly after my indy installed the SE tuner. $385 later, the bike is running great! 80mph on the interstate on the way home. Thanks for all the advice.

Congrats on the fix. Sounds like it may be time to find a new indy since yours cost you an additional $385.....Originally Posted by k-hook

You mean to tell me a H-D dealership.....sorry, "stealership" fixed a problem that was caused by an indy! Say it ain't so :O. Let me guess, if had been the other way around this thread would drag on for days, with folks slamming the MoCo for their shitty service.
Glad you got your problem solved....enjoy the riding season!
