Installed my new Harley Boom Fairing speakers. I made the right decision. These speakers with the stock Harmon Kardon head unit and no other mods sound GREAT! Big Big bang for the buck!

Stock was pretty distorted at 55 mph...... with the booms, I can run 75 mph and hear them just fine..... no amp and stock HK radio. I turn the volume up so the indicator is under the L in VOLUME on the display.
Sock exhaust, and decent size windshield also helps.

They are a definite improvement. I installed them after riding with a friend who has them and I couldn't hear my radio over his. They are not the loudest, but are a good bang for the buck. I will change to an amp and different speakers in the future when the bank account allows it.
