Default Did I get a good deal
Picking up my new to me 05 road glide this weekend. I cant wait. Just wondering if I got a good deal it has 17k miles and very clean 1 owner

I guess it depends on what you paid. 17,000 miles is pretty good for an 05.

If it were me, I probably wouldn't worry about it. As long as you are happy with the deal you got, then you got a good deal. And would you really want to know if you didn't? Then your not quite as happy with your new scoot.

Yeah I know you are just too excited. You got a good deal if you are happy.

Sounds like you made a good choice as long as the scoot was well maintained.

Never ask after the fact or you will be disappointed. There will always be a better deal out there. But posting the price couldn't hurt either.

A friend at work just got a '06 SG with 1850 miles, black cherry. It is really sharp but 15K(plus tax) is too close to a new bike for me or the hundred's of '09 ups to choose from.

The measure of a "good deal" is .... Value received for money spent ... If you're happy, who cares what anyone else thinks .... 'cuz .... sooner or later someone is going to chime in on this thread with something like "I got the same scooter for $2000.00 less and they threw in two years of free gas" ... one owner and 17k on the clock sounds like someone didn't use it much ... Here's to years of trouble free riding Brother!
