Default Snicker snicker!

I sometimes snicker (to myself) at the trouble and expense guys go to to ride 4K a year!
I'll typically do about 5,000 miles/year and my last 2 Harleys I changed out the seats. I put a 2-up Sundowner on my Sporty for the comfort of it! Big, wide and it fit me and the wife perfectly. On my Road King, I bought it stock KNOWING that I would be changing the bars and seat. At the time I was torn between a Heritage and the King. The Heritage fit me like a glove. I doubt I would have had to change anything. I bought the RK anyhow and I developed lower back pains almost immediately. I changed the bars to the Heritage style and put on a new take off seat from an 11 Ultra. While I loved the seat (BIG DIFFERENCE IN FIT & RIDE - SMOOTHER), the wife didn't like the fact that it was to wide for the passenger grabrails. I bought a Sundowner and never looked back! If you're lucky enough to fit on a stock bike, all the more to you. If you're not, a few bucks spent to make it fit is worth its weight in gold!

My stock seat foam has crushed down after 25K. Shopping for a Mustang as we speak.
