Hey guys... considering the economy... what price range should a 2010 custom R-Glide can i negotiate...
2010 with 12k miles, nice condition... has abs, security and bassani pipes... he got the tour pack and the 7 year extended service plan... with the newer 103" stock ones and the financing that can be had on new ones... at what price range would the 2010 make sense if paying in cash and getting a good deal...throw some numbers at me guys from low " realistic steal price" to the average....
Yeah, sometimes you can't put much stock in those figures, but it gives a baseline i suppose for "real" world sales... i am thinking a dealer would only offer 11-13k
with the tourpac and a 7 year extended warranty ,,,,about 18,000 is about right...deduct the extras and be like buying a stock one for under 15,000 which would be a steal. what are they asking?
I traded an '08 RG with a color-matched tour pak, no warranty, 8k miles and was given $17k, last year. I was trading for new at the Stealership. I say if the asking price is $18.2k, see if he will come down. Anything under $18k will be a deal and $17k or less would be a steal.
I bought my 2010 RG (abs, cruise, security) last September for 16K. It had 6,000 miles and was mint. Also came with about 7K in add ons such as V&H True Duals, HD Premium Ride shocks, chrome front end, detachable tour pack, satellite radio and some other stuff. I shopped around for a while and then pounced on it. Good luck!

You stole that bike then. Whoever owned that before you must have been desperate to sell it, because that's a great deal on a 1 year old bike.
