worn rear tire or tire pressure are a good place to start

My bike has never done that. It's a 2010 Ultra classic. I do know the old style frame bikes do it though.

01 RK. Worn out rear tire and get the head shake once in awhile. Sometimes it's the pavement characteristics. But I lean toward a weak set of triple clamps. Steering head bearing would be another thing to check

Don't hear much about this any more with the new frame. I've pushed my 2010 Street Glide through some very choppy and long sweeping highway on and off ramps at speed here in Vermont with nary an issue! I'd be looking at all of the possible causes such as tire pressure alignment etc before I would just automatically call this the dreaded death wobble most common in the pre 09 frame. There are stabilizers you can purchase to help with this situation but I'd want to rule out everything else first. Don't want to be temporarily compensating for some simple adjustment.
