They might work very well but I can't stand the look of them and could never put them on my bike. But then again I put color matched lowers on my bike at the end of last year which is a sin in some people's minds too.
I would update my bike picture but it is SNOWING right now.
I have the HD ones and they do work great. I also have the front fork baffel. My concern is the air getting to the engine, the engine getting too hot. Anyone have any experience with heat issues?

If your worried about not enough air getting to the engine, just install the HD Front Fork Baffle. I installed them both at the same time, and it made a HUGE difference

Been using them for two years including a trip to Sturgis in the summer through Texas and New Mexico during the hottest year in a long time. No issues at all. I suppose it may run a little hotter but couldn't tell. Really took care of my buffeting though.

Do you have any pictures of the front fork baffle on you bike? The Harley web site pictures arn't clear enough for me to tell what it would look like on a Ultra Limited.
I've seen a few different versions of these on ebay. I think they wouldn't look too bad if they were dark smoke acrylic instead of metal. Wonder why no one has gone that route yet.

Sounds like a good idea, alternatively a mesh would have a similar effect.

Yup. If I had the means I would try to fabricate something. Maybe someone will take the idea and roll with it. I think I would give acrylic ones a try. If they were molded to look good and not just a straight piece of cut plastic.
