Default Fork Wind Deflectors

OK so I broke down and bought some fork wind deflectors from JES Custom Accents. First off the company was outstanding to deal with. They shipped the product out quickly and I received them in about 3 days. The deflectors work amazingly well and ALL my buffeting issues are now resolved. Installation took about 5 minutes and with the bars in the locked position the deflector barely kisses the engine guard. My only gipe is all this crap, IMO, takes away from the simplicity of the street glide. Maybe I will get used to the look...

sometimes you have to sacrfice form/appearance in favor of function...if they work well for you and solve the wind issues thats the important thing.
Thay dont appear as too gaudy looking to me.
I have been wanting a set of those myself...but with my lowers and my type of aux lighting bracket they have no black version, only chrome.

I've had and have these on all of our Heritages and Road Kings.
It's hard to believe who much of a difference that they make.

Currently, I'm trying to figure out a way to keep them on the bikes and to add a pair of the chrome tie down brackets.

I have these brackets on my Ultra and they're look and work great.

They do work very well, but due to the way they are designed,
I believe that your bike will run hotter too. FWIW.

Mine work great too. I installed mine on the bike while up on the jack, and turned the fork lock to lock and one was close to touching. I took a small rubber mallet and lightly pecked it to the same clearence on each side (about a finger width).I guess the Chinese are not much on precision...

I have the HD ones and they do work well.

If your worried about not enough air getting to the engine, just install the HD Front Fork Baffle. I installed them both at the same time, and it made a HUGE difference

I think they look good on the OP bike. I have the chrome ones on my RK and I get complements on how they look on mine all the time.
They do help with the wind and I like the looks of them. I have the HD ones.
