I installed JES deflectors for a slightly different reason, while riding in the rain (which I get to do from time to time because the weatherman is alway correct) I was getting a lot of rain blowing up and over the gas tank straight into my face. Called JES, he recommended trying a set of deflectors. Well, they seem to have stopped most of my water problem, now at least I can see without wiping my eyes every 5 seconds.

And they helped a lot with the buffeting also.

I got my JES FLHX wind deflectors yesterday. I have a Road King but it has bullet turn signals in the front like the FLHX, no passing lamps. I was skeptical that they would stop the pummeling I take at any speed north of about 57 mph.

All I can say is, wow. They work and they work well. I won't take these off for anything. It's a great product at a fair price and they shipped very quickly. Thanks JES.

I've got a set on my limited and they are all that they are advertised to be. With the combination of these, lowers, fairing wings and an LRS shield I basically get no buffeting whatsoever.

Cheers

OK, help me out. I'm trying to keep up with all of the deflector's y'all are talking about. I think I need one more piece to this air deflector puzzle we all are working on. I just put a taller windshield on and got the deflectors that mount on the bottom of the fairing, and those two helped a lot. I am still getting some buffeting around 55-65 mph. It sounds like the chrome fork deflectors are helping to get rid of the rest of this problem for most of you. Is there anything else I should try. Oh and by the way, it's a 2013 Street Glide, Thanks!
