Exhaust?
I just did mine, without a lift.
I set the cardboard from the box on the ground on both sides of the bike, to protect the pipes from the ground.

Very easy to install, I did Rinehart Classic True Duals.

The only difficult part on my system was one of the two nuts on the rear cylinder. On my system (maybe different than yours due do to design) I had to tighten the hard to reach nut first, using about 3 different brand wrenches (they all fit under there differently!). Then tighten the other nut.

Get er done!!

I sprayed some brake cleaner on a rag and wiped down the pipes before I installed the shields, then wiped the shields down before starting the bike up.

Put Power Duals on my '11 Limited last weekend. It took some time because there's some pretty tight spots. All in all it's a simple install.
I got new SE gaskets just to be sure.
Use your torque wrench.
Good luck

Oh yeah, I did take the right side lower off, it made the front exhaust flange easier to get to.

when I put them on my 11 I had to open the holes for the bracket that attaches on to the trans side cover some (I egged them like this"0")....and I needed to go back and retorque the head bolt studs after a few rides because they started leaking which they say is a quite common occurance ....what else...don't tighten the chrome covers neat the exhaust ports until the end so you can move them out of the way to make it easier to tighten the exhaust port studs....to tighten and loosen the stud nuts I used on the back head a 1/4" drive deep socket with extension, on the front I used the same for one nut the other I used a 1/4 drive regular socket with universal and a extension...wasn't too tough, but on that bolt I couldn't get the torque wrench on it so I had to do it by feel..some folks say to put some hi temp. silicone on the joints for the mufflers etc...I don't recommend it because it will make it a ex-wife to get apart in the future...

I didn't install mine, but the dealer apparently had issues when they installed them. They scratched the original heat shields putting them on and had to order new ones to replace them. At least they were up front about it and immediately brought it to my attention.

1) I think with the V&Hs Power Duels you will need Floorboard extenders (out) or the floorboards will hit the exhaust.

2) Also when my dealer put the V&Hs Power Duels on my last bike (2009) they had a hell of a time getting the Heat Shields to fit. They got it to fit fine, it was just a pain in the a** they said.
