Hi mate. I am in the same boat as you. Biggest orry for me is stuffing up mu Cruise Control and the whole soldering of wires. Did you use the SE TBW? What bars did you put on?
I must admit seeing that you were in the same predicament as me and have now pulled it off gives me a bit of hope.

the bars areLA Chopper 16" *****' Fr' Apes. (which come with the pleasure of two hard 90 degree angles) I used LA Choopers wire kits and cables. No SE stuff was used. It CAN be done, but I don't even want to guess at the hours we spent. But we did go through multiple packs of beer, and my entire rear end of the bike was done well before the bars.
