If you have an Ultra, the tourpak covers up the license plate enough that the camera can't catch the picture. On my RKC, I always made sure my bags and gear were strapped on so they covered the license plate as well. Never had a tolling ticket while on my bike.

+1 on the tour pak! Worked on my RK, won't on my SG. Why not just register the other plate? You can have multiple plates registered to one acount, if they photo your plate, they run the number against the database and charge your account. It surely isn't a large enough sum of money to risk that $20 fine plus missed toll.
Yea, in Pa I can put another vehicle on my EZ pass account in minutes on line. Can take that vehicle off just as quick. The camera at the booth will catch any violations. Bikes get a 25% discount on the Pa TP if you have a transponder registered to that bike.
