If you have an Ultra, the tourpak covers up the license plate enough that the camera can't catch the picture. 
On my RKC, I always made sure my bags and gear were strapped on so they covered the license plate as well. Never had a tolling ticket while on my bike.
No so lucky with my truck.

Yea, in Pa I can put another vehicle on my EZ pass account in minutes on line. Can take that vehicle off just as quick. The camera at the booth will catch any violations. Bikes get a 25% discount on the Pa TP if you have a transponder registered to that bike.
