Aux input broken ??

Aux input broken ??
Had my ipod plugged in the other day and when I got off the cable somehow got caught on my jacket, was stretched pretty tight to the radio. Next time I went to use the ipod, sound is all messed up. I wiggle the jack around at the radio and the sound comes back but when I let go it's back to all messed up. I know its not the ipod, works fine everyplace else or the cable, tried it in my truck and thats OK. Is the input shot or anybody know a quick fix to try.

I noticed my previous radio had a problem when a plug was feeding the aux. I had to pull it out just a little bit for it to work right. The radio was replaced when the readout panel quit working. The new radio doesn't have that problem.
