once had a kaw 1000R tricked in 1985. Took a ride on a back road at 225. I sold it the next week, to stupid to slow down. I will stick with my Dyna 100 feels fast.

These are real speeds not the bs that so many post. But it takes less skill and money to lie about going fast than actually proving it.

I thought to fast was sex on the first date. Speed kills or is it the sudden stop at the end!

Too fast is when you beat the ambulance to the crash by 30 minutes or more.

As some of the others had said, I like to go fast in quick bursts red light to red light. With that said, last May I went through my 3rd mid-life crisis and bought a Ducati Diavel (162HP Stock). I rode it for 3 months before realizing I was going to kill myself, top speed I hit was 148 mph. I sold it right after that and bought my 2nd SG and installed a 120R.

I can do 86% of the speed of sound....At my job in the jet. Its all the thrill ride I need!
