If I install the WO575 Bars on a 2010 Ultra Limited, will I need to change out any of the cables..?
The dealer is installing mine before I pick up the bike...I am waiting now for a 2" longer cable. I stooped and talked to him today and the reroute would be very tight if I went w/ the OEM but I guess it is possible but I would not recommend it...very tight when turning the bars to the right.
Just wondering how long it takes to install a set of 12 - 14" apes on a 2012 street glide? 2 of the shops around here quoted me 8-12 hrs. Mine doesnt have abs or heated grips. Has anyone done it themselves or is it a big job? Thanks guys

I was quoted 8hrs for my '12 Ultra. Did my Road king myself, first time doing it took about that much. These guys do it more I just don't see it taking that long if you have your **** together. I'm still thinking of doing my ultra myself.
Is there any issues with fitting the "FLHTK factory" heated hand grips on the Wild one 575's. In the HD catalouge it says the pullback bars will not work with heated hand grips. Had a dealer quote me $1,623, out the door with 2" pullbacks and heated grips not working. I don't think so.

Mine has the OEM heated grips on my FLHTK...what there saying basically is, because of the neck-down you have about 3/8 of an inch that is exposed from the clutch perch at the neck-down to where the bars thicken again. I believe you could cut that amount (3/8") off the left side and install and it would be a perfect fit.

Wow... I have a 2012 FLHTK and just picked it up from my dealer yesterday. They installed the HD pullback bars (#56176-08) during my 1000 mile service.
I didn't need to buy an extended clutch cable or brake line. I did have to purchase the "twist grip sensor kit #32310-08 @ $99.95 list" but that was the only extra. They charged me two hours labor.
