Default Engine cooling question after wind deflector install

I'm worried about enough air flowing over engine to cool it. Just installed fork deflectors and fork baffle on my limited. Should I be concerned ? I did do a stage one with V&H power duals and power vision so no more cat. Any thoughts? FT

You probably should take the fork deflectors off in hot weather. I use them from November to March here in FL but would cook if I left them on when its hot.

I think you'll be fine. You can use your PV to monitor engine temps if you get concerned. If anything, baffle off first as the fork deflectors do a great job on their own of keep the buffeting down - at least on my bike.

Just keep an eye on the oil temp. If it gets too hot, start removing things that may affect air flow. I assume you're using synthetic oil and you have an oil cooler, which always help.

No problems so far. Have both fork mounted and the small one between the forks. Just came back from a ride 214 F. I run synthetic in all three holes and have oil cooler

Thanks for all the responses so far. I guess I need to buy an oil temp gauge and start monitoring myself. FT
