Got my Road6 lowering kit yesterday and installed it today. Set it on the center hole for a 2 inch drop. Installation was a breeze and it seems to ride fine. Bike looks good. Will update on my riding experience later this week.

I have a Street Glide, so yes, it will work with one. You have to play with the air. I'm at between 3 and 5# (yes, really). I think the newer bikes will need more air. And, yes, I ride on really bumpy roads. Does it ride like a Caddy? No, but it rides well and I just did a 500 trip last weekend without any issues.

Geez, some of the nay sayers are making it sound like the rear shock would be cranked about 40 degrees from it original position when using lowering blocks. Actually, I don't think the angle is changed more than 5 or 6 degrees for a 2 " lowering. That would be a 2" backward movement of the bottom of the shock eyelet to the bolt hole. If ya look at the backside of your hard bag, you will see that the indention is wider at the bottom which accomodates the repositioned shock. Must have been something on the designers mind when they formed these things.
As far as the rough ride, I think that's up to the individual. I've been running the lowering blocks on my RG and then went to the FBI rear end with the built in lowering option on the swing arm. I'm also running 11" Progressive Heavy Duty shocks which may be the difference between the POS air shocks that Harley makes for the bagger. I've done the Iron Butt ride on this set up and doing 700+ mile days is not much of a problem.

Monroe MA785 shocks from any auto parts store $65, Viair 092c compressor $78, alco 1/8 solenoid valve $20, and whatever type of switch you choose to use. Its an easy install, the ride is some better than stock and you have 5 1/4 inches of adjustment. Dump the air whenever you need to put your feet down or just to look cool in the parkin lot. Gonna do my buds SE ultra this weekend. He's a little vertically challenged and has a little trouble backin it up.
