SE forged 10.5:1 pistons would get you to stage 3, but you would need a cam change since 255 cams are not right for 10.5:1 compression. From there, stage 4 would be high flow heads and intakes.
HD does make a stage 3, I just wavered back and forth and decided on the stage 2 for now. I will prob later wish for the stage 3, but I decided to do the painted inner fairing and use the extra money towards that.
