Just installed the complete stage one from FM. Ceramic headers, billet air cleaner, Pro-touring mufflers and Powe Vision. Took about 13 weeks to get the ceramic header.
FM flew it overnight from California to VA so I could have it for Rolling Thnunder this Sunday. That was very nice and typical of FM's awesome customer service.
Installation went well about five hours to take OEM off and install the FM goodies. The Power Vision load took all of two minutes, what a nice set up.
I had a hard time slipping the header flanges over the ceramic coating, I actually sanded the area lightly and used a plastic buck-shot mallet to tap it in.
I used the muffler pipe expander, suggested by this forum, awesome tool. I used it to expand the cross pipe gasket end and the right muffler end. The muffler fit was very tight on the right side because of the ceramic coating.
I left the original exhaust gaskets that looked very nice and even all the way around (3800 miles on the bike).
Final issue was the muffler bolts in the back. Using the stock bolts and locking washer, the OEM bolts were too short. I got rid of the OEM locking washers and used a thinner set I had.
Fit and finish is great. Had some smoking after the first start, from the WD-40 and new pipes I suppose.
Sounds great in the garage, could not get away today. Ill ride it tomorrow to see how she sounds on the road.
Just depends on the current demand. Mine took about 5 weeks (first of the year). Could be a little longer during riding season. They are well worth the wait!
I was told 10 to 12 weeks, but it took 13 and it would have ben 14 if it wasnt for FM going the extra mile and overnighting it to me. It was a looong time to wait. I'm just glad its over now.

I have a close set up but use a t-max and have 555 cams and FM push rod kit, it is and amazing ride, sooooooo much more responsive than stock. Enjoy and have a great weekend at Rolling thunder!!
