Default Economy bike?

My 12 RGC surprised me with a 50 mpg average during the break in period.

I got it in Nov. and put a quick 1K on it had the service and put it away for the winter.

So far I have another 1k on it and just found a station with non alcohol 91 octane. In this area it seemed that all stations were E10.

Just put a half tank through it at 52 mpg. Filled it and just ran that tank out. 54.7 mpg!!!!

I went the speed limit and rode through a number of small towns and had a fair amount of wind. Stock mufflers, SE I air intake and a Cobra F12000R programmer.

If it gets any better I can just leave the Prius at home

I know what you mean,I drive my honda civic to work and avg.40mpg. My rkc avgs. 45mpg but I have to run 93 octane in it the cost to go to work is about the same so I ride the rkc when the weather is good and when I'm not carpooling which is 2 days a week.

I need to find some of that magic gas! I never got anywhere near that. Hell 39 mpg would be nice.

Even after engine mods, you can still get good mileage - it all depends on the tune and how you ride it. I'm getting better than 45 and that's with a lot of in town riding.

I just put my first tank through after cams yesterday. I got 40 mpg mostly 55-70 on 2 lane roads, hot-rodding it quite a bit
