I had the same warpage issue with oem and HD so-called floating rotors. Finally said F it and put Lyndal ceramic floating rotors with non HD Brembos with Gold pads. Pricey but I wont have to ever buy a rotor again unless I break it. It will pay itself back quickly.
The stock calipers drag the rotors constantly, at least every one Ive ever seen. The Brems dont drag when turning them on a lift.
Its important to clean the build up around the calipers, and to put silicon lube on the pins so everything moves smoothly.
Crazy Harley has these issues and doesn't address them. I too have a 2011 street glide, 10000 miles and I too had a front left warped rotor. I thought it was strange that it warped but apparently this is an issue.
