Compemsating Sprocket removal??
I have a 2007 Electra Glide Classic and am going to replace the comp sprocket, question is: Does the inner primary have to come off to do this I have been told on older models there was enough "wiggle" room to remove with just the outer cover but not on this one. Anyone have any experience with this?

just the outer primary cover.
loosen the primary chain tensioner
you may well have to remove the clutch as well.
do NOT use air impact tools on the comp sprocket or the clutch nut ( left hand thread).
you can lock the primary with a piece of wood, rag or a jam tool as shown in the manual
a proper sized socket with a long bar, slipping a piece of pipe over the ratchet handle if need be
