I put in 255's, fatcat, SE ventillator, TTS dyno tune (9 hours). Result was 89 hp and 110 tq. I burn quite a bit more gas, some popping on decel (not a lot).
1500 rpm is pretty low; try to avoid lugging your motor.
I think you're right; you can do better. How long on the dyno?

I was thinking of having a dyno run done this week to see what #'s I am making.
Probably could do better on paper without the packing removed from the baffles.

Ok... It has been a couple of weeks since I swapped my cams. I have been a slacker posting my results. TQ is 103.5@ 3713 rpm. Max HP is 90.6 and 73.16 @ 3713. I had it dyno tuned at HD dealer here in NH, I think there could be a little more low end added by adding a little more fuel. I'm no expert at tunning these things but at really low speed below 1500 rpm it pops and pretty much dies. Like in stop and go traffic. Also if it goes into one cylinder mode in traffic it revs up after hitting the throttle. Anyone have any advice about this problem?
My bike is 2009 RG with se intake, slip ons and stock head pipe.

I would not take my bike to a dealer for a tune, generally. I'm sure there are some good ones out there, but unless you're sure I'd go to someone with a good reputation
your 1 cylinder problem sounds like the EITMS system working as designed- heat management. Was it really hot out?
definetly sounds like it needs a bit more tuning. low end on mine (like letting out the clutch slow without alot of throttle like when menuvering the bike around) will just go. no popping or stalling. It doesnt have the greatest low end pwr but definetly hauls the mail. What aircleaner you running? Took me a while to get used to the knocking sound that comes out my intake is why I ask. Jamie says its valve overlap and my ac amplifies it more than others.
